PlanPhilly: Planning Philadelphia's Future

Timothy Kerner, AIA LEED PA is principal of Terra Studio LLC, an architecture, urban design and planning firm in Center City Philadelphia. In his twenty years of professional practice, his work has focused on the interrelation between buildings and the built and natural environment.  Mr. Kerner is Chair of the Center City Residents Association Zoning Committee, is on the Steering Committee of the Design Advocacy Group, and serves on the Philadelphia Licenses and Inspections Review Board. He has taught design studios at Philadelphia and Temple Universities and has Master Degrees in Architecture and City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
