PlanPhilly: Planning Philadelphia's Future

The Philadelphia City Planning Commission, with the assistance of the Toole Design Group, is preparing a Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan for the City of Philadelphia. Improving pedestrian and bicycle safety and mobility is an important aspect of the City’s efforts towards sustainability, as well as the new open space plan, Green Plan Philadelphia.

The study area for the plan encompasses Center City, North Philadelphia, Northwest Philadelphia, and South Philadelphia.
