PlanPhilly: Planning Philadelphia's Future

Revised "Plan of Development" regulations were posted on the PCPC Web site last week (www.philaplanning.org) and are available for review and comment. The City Planning Commission will be considering adoption of these regulations at its meeting of Tuesday, April 20, 2010. Upon adoption, there will be a 30-day period for additional public comment before the regulations are finalized.
