Because of stalled projects, two regional transit agencies will lose $5.7 million in federal funding, the Inquirer reports. SEPTA will lose $3.9 million of earmarked federal funding for the proposed Schuylkill Valley Metro train line between Philadelphia and Reading. The Delaware River Port Authority will lose $1.7 million earmarked for two waterfront projects. Read more at Philly.com.
