SEPTA issues customer service survey

This fall SEPTA is publishing a set of surveys to evaluate the various transit services the Authority provides.  The surveys are limited to aspects of Convenience, Cleanliness, Communications, Courtesy, and Security.  You are invited to complete a survey for each service type that you use either on an occasional or regular basis.  Questions that do not apply to your particular SEPTA travel experience may be left blank.
