Technology

Technology is often at the center of innovation in planning and design.  Applications of technology can breathe new life into a public space, make a building more attractive, increase energy efficiency, and allow for a new set of users to access the city.  Everything from the handicapped access ramp to the LED screen atop the PECO building falls under the rubric.
