For all the flack taken by SEPTA, transit authority officials must be thrilled that Philly's favorite public transportation system will be featured on National Geographic Channel's "World's Toughest Fixes" this week. Thursday at 9 p.m., the show dives into all it takes to keep the trains running on time—no matter the condition.
